The uranium fuel used in nuclear power generation requires a 3-5% content of a substance known as “uranium 235”, which is easily fissile. Global warming and boiling have long been thought to be caused by the greenhouse gas CO2, emitted during the combustion of materials. However, the current atmospheric CO2 concentration is 0.04%, and even if this concentration increased tenfold, there is no substantial physical evidence or logic that it would significantly change the Earth’s climate. Meanwhile, approximately 50% of the atmosphere is water vapor (humidity), the gas of elemental component is H2O. All thermal power generation, regardless of kind of fuel source (oil, nuclear, etc.), generates enormous amounts of water vapor. A simple calculation shows that approximately 10 liters of water are changed to steam gas for generating 1 kWh of electricity. Water expands in volume approximately 1,700 times when converted to steam. It has been clearly demonstrated that a 1°C rise in temperature increases the maximum amount of water vapor that air can hold (saturated vapor capacity) by approximately 7%. In considering all the amount of water vapor have been released for a long time from thermal power plants around the world, as a result of simple substantial physical phenomenon, it is safe to say that rising air pressure and rising temperatures go into a chain reaction, accelerates global warming and shifts to boiling. In that current situation, even if all thermal power plants were shut down at once, the temperature rise would continue unabated and not stop the chain reaction of temperature rise too unless water vapor was converted back into water without using thermal energy.

When a typical household air conditioner is running all day, it will produce about 10-20 liters of condensed water. It is self-evident that if this water is used to grow vegetables, fruits, and other plants, it will create a comfortable space for human society to escape the intense heat, while at the same time making it possible to very effectively absorb water vapor and CO2 from the atmosphere, which are considered to be the biggest causes of global warming. If this virtuous cycle model were to become widespread around the world, it would not only be possible to very efficiently suppress the main cause of the current boiling phenomenon of the earth, but it would also contribute quite effectively to resolving water shortages and food crises, improve the global environment, dramatically reduce the factors that lead to conflict, and build a new, peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable civilization.
